Alorton Murder Investigation

COLLINSVILLE, IL – On Tuesday, July 5, 2005, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the Alorton Police Department requested the Illinois State Police to assist with the investigation of the murder of an unidentified white female found inside a residence located in the 5700 block of Old Missouri Avenue, Alorton, IL. The female victim appears to be approximately 20 years of age, 5'7", 120 pounds, with long blonde hair. An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow, July 6, 2005. If you have any information regarding this death, please call Special Agent Cullen of the Illinois State Police at 346-3775. The public is reminded that criminal defendants are presumed innocent until the government is able to prove its charges in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
