The Illinois State Police (ISP) is pleased to announce our “free” Physical Fitness Inventory Test Seminars. The primary purpose is to provide hands-on instruction, presented by certified ISP Physical Fitness Monitors, allowing for question and answer opportunities throughout the seminar. These seminars are not affiliated with the Illinois State Police Merit Board or the hiring process. This is a free opportunity for individuals interested in applying for future employment with the ISP to become educated and proficient in the Physical Standard Testing.
